The Connecticut location for the year 2019 earned $2 million USD in revenue and currently operates 6 trucks. The consideration paid included cash and earnout.
The acquisition includes on-site paper shredding trucks, client relationships and other assets used in the shredding business. Redishred views this acquisition as accretive to Redishred’s cash flows and earnings per share.
