Dine Brands Global, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2019 Dividend

GLENDALE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee’s
Neighborhood Grill + Bar® and IHOP® restaurants,
today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of
$0.69 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2019. The
dividend will be payable on July 12, 2019 to the Company’s stockholders
of record at the close of business on June 20, 2019.
